SHIPPING & DELIVERY

NIKOLIKS ship to all destinations within Georgia.

We use Georgian Post, Wolt, Glovo or Yandex to ship our items within Georgia and you can choose standard or express post at checkout.

We ship all orders daily at noon, so please order before then to receive the same day dispatch. This excludes weekends, public holidays and any busy periods such as collection launches and during sale, where there might be a short delay.

After your order has been dispatched you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number you can use to follow its journey.

FOR ORDERS WITHIN GEORGIA, WE OFFER THE FOLLOWING SHIPPING OPTIONS

Georgian Post standard / Tracking – FREE for orders over $90 or flat rate of $10 AUD

Estimated delivery time: 2-5 business days*

Australia Post express / Tracking – $15

Estimated delivery time: 1-2 business days*

*Please be aware that it is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct address and to pick up their parcel from the post office. If the item is missing or returned to sender due to incorrect address, or failure to pick up, an additional postage fee will need to be paid before the order can be resent.

Please allow up to 21 working days ro receive your order as international shipping has been heavily delayed due to COVID-19. Please email us at [email protected] if you do not receive your order in this timeframe.

Please also note that duties and taxes can incur across some international orders. Unfortunately, we are not able to estimate the amount of duties and taxes your package will incur as these are applied by your residing countries government. All custom duties, foreign taxes and other fees are the customer’s responsibility, so please bear this in mind when ordering.
