CHANGE OF MIND

ACCESSORIES

Due to the handmade nature and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is faulty. 

CLOTHES

We do not offer refunds for change of minds. If you do change your mind and would like to return your order. Please notify us by emailing at [email protected] within 2 day of receiving your order.

After confirming your return, we will then send you the address to send your items back in, along with your return number and full name, so please include this in your parcel before shipping back to us.

Please bear in mind that the cost of postage will be deducted from the refunded amount.

We will gladly accept your return and credit note will be issued for the full amount minus shipping, provided your items are returned to us within 14 days of your purchase.

Please note all return items must be unused, unwashed and in the original condition, it was dispatched to you in. Otherwise, we will not be able to accept your return and issue your credit note.

There is no return on items purchased on SALE. 

Please do not hesitate to contact us if there is a problem with any of our products.

FAULTY ITEMS OR DISCREPANCIES

If your items have arrived damaged, faulty or we have sent you the wrong item please notify us as soon as you receive your order by emailing us at [email protected] 

Depending on the issue we will either offer a refund, replacement or organise a repair to fix your order in the best way possible. Please do not ship any items back to us unless you get a reply and return number from us. 

DISCLAIMER

*Please be aware that it is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct address and to pick up their parcel from the post office. If the item is missing or returned to sender due to incorrect address, or failure to pick up, an additional postage fee will need to be paid before the order can be resent.
